~~~~~~~ Puzzle Cube Challenge ~~~~~~~

The problem that I had to solve was to design a toy for a company that was losing money due to throwing away materials that they didn't use. The given constrains of the problem were use a total of 27 cubes, 5 different colored pieces, and each puzzle piece could have a maximum of 6 pieces and a minimum of 3 cubes.

In order to solve the problem first I brainstormed on the cube designs. Then, I had to color coat them and create them. Finally, I had to cover package them.

What I really liked about the project was I got to design the colors of each cube and also got to create the cubes. One thing that I would change about the project would be to make the cubes a bit bigger and stronger. Finally, the most challenging thing that I had to do in this project was to paste them to create and individual cube.

Its important to have presentation skills since it will help you with college and so you won't like be shy and fail :o

Have I or have I not?

I feel that i learned a lot in engineering because I've never had an engineering class before, only computer class. Plus I learned how to make a robot so thats bonus. :]

Solar Panels on Cars

The solar panel acts like oil for the car but actually the suns energy generated by the panel. The suns energy is stored in the panels and ready to be used by the car.

Disadvantage of Solar Panels

The main disadvantage of solar panels are that they cost a lot to be installed.

My Weekend :]

I did chores then watch movies and play video games. Then went to my grandparents house and had a family dinner with them and watched my mom beat everyone in a game of Dominos all on saturday. Sunday I had to help my mom since she hurt herself badly instead of going to church. Then played video games with Tigo :] which sadly got beaten a lot. Then again had to have dinner with the family plus the neighbor which was awkward yet fun.

Solar energy :]

I guess welcome to my first blog :] my names' Erin. I'm in engineering class. The reason I’m making this post is to talk about different things about solar energy as you can tell from my title.

The way solar energy can help you in your home is that it converts the sun energy into electricity to be used in your house. Plus i heard they are making solar cars ^-^ which uses the suns light radiation or heat which ever to be used for travel. Also they are finding ways to use the wind to make electricity which are known as Solar Panel Wind turbines.

The importance of solar energy is to use renewable energy instead of using the energy that in nonrenewable. Also it helps stop polluting the world :] which is awesome I guess... but it stops the cars from putting off carbon into the atmosphere. Let me just put it this way solar energy is important since it is saving the world.
